• (Lifeguards are present, but swimming in the sea is an individual responsibility, and the event management company is not responsible for you or your children.) Wet clothes or swimwear are prohibited in the lounge. Placing a towel on the sun loungers is mandatory.  
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates the rules and regulations or exceeds the bounds of public decency. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.  
• Tickets are non-refundable and entry times cannot be changed.  
• Photographing others is prohibited, and legal action will be taken.  
• Those on the event's blacklist are strictly prohibited from entering, and opposing this will result in legal consequences.  
• Exceeding the designated swimming area is prohibited.  
• You must agree to follow the instructions of the organising company. Failure to comply will entitle the organising company to take action with the relevant authorities.  
• Reselling tickets online is prohibited. If a ticket is purchased through a distributor, it will be considered invalid, and entry to the event will be denied. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are of the correct age for entry. It is the responsibility of the client to adhere to the dress code if one is specified by the organiser.  
• If a client is denied entry by the organiser, Platinum Events is not responsible for refunding tickets. The client is responsible for arriving at the event on time. Platinum Events will not refund any fees for events not attended. Platinum Events accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings lost or stolen, or for any injury or other losses incurred at the event. Platinum Events will not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets.

1. Acceptance of terms:

• Purchasing a ticket means accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Buy tickets:

• All sales tickets have expired.
• Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes or fees.

3. Refund Policy:

• Changing times is not allowed.
• No refunds are allowed.

4. Event changes or cancellations:

• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.
• If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Possibility of transferring tickets:

• Tickets are non-transferable.

• Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other entry requirements determined by the organiser.
• Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identification or proof of purchase for entry.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Attendees must adhere to the event and the rules of conduct.
• Reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Liability and Disclaimer:

• Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organiser does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries
• By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organisers.

9. Lost or stolen tickets:

• The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

• The organiser is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
• In such cases, the event organisers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Compliance with laws:

• Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

12 . The organising party is not responsible for personal items lost during the event.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on Jeddah – Abha Highway, turning right, and driving through the second roundabout exit before continuing with a slight right toward your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.
